Last week the good people (as opposed to the bad ones?) at Sailor Jerry asked me to come up with three cocktails to be served at Lobstah Palooza.

Lobstah Palooza was an event put together by an old pal Matt Dean Pettit of Rock Lobster Food Company. This event took place in the parking lot beside 99 Sudbury and there were a lot of people there.

The three cocktails we were serving at the SJ Airstream were:

The Flying Colours
1.5oz. Sailor Jerry Rum
.75oz. Campari
Barspoon of Cherry Heering
2 dashes Peychaud Bitters
(created by  Collin Coulis)

Yellow Jacket
10z. Sailor Jerry Rum
.75oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.5oz Honey Syrup

Ribbons and Swallows Punch
1oz. Sailor Jerry Rum
.25oz. Aperol
.5oz. Coconut Syrup
2oz. Passionfruit Juice
1oz. Club Soda

We sold out of the punch, not surprisingly, as it was 26 degrees and sunny. The leftovers from the other two drinks went toward the Drunk Hussy and True Romantics show two days later. (see previous blog post).

Also, Kevin Brauch liked the drinks, so I felt good about that. Here’s a shot of me using a water bottle because I had almost run out of SJ cups.
